• Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return unless defective.

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Photos (if the item is damaged)

2.3 Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method through PayU Money.

2.4 Return Shipping

Customers bear the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
